Abstract

The art of calligraphy has been used for many decades to create beautiful artwork and documents. However, in recent times, computer software has become increasingly popular for creating certificates and other documents. Due to the use of computer software in creating designs and documents arranging names on certificates, the traditional calligraphy method seems to be becoming increasingly obsolete. This paper presents a comparison of techniques used in the calligraphy of students' certificates, specifically comparing traditional calligraphy using a pen and ink versus modern calligraphy using digital tools. Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, but ultimately, the choice of technique is a matter of personal preference. The focus of this paper is to provide information that will help calligraphers decide which technique is best for them.
