It is in this light that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) becomes, very imperative as a companion in the learning process. One of the greatest challenges in ICT use in Education is balancing educational goals with the economic realities. ICT in education programmes requires large capital investments and developing countries need to be prudent in making decisions about what models of ICT use will be introduced so as to consciously maintain economies of scale. This study is carried out to examine the adequate, constructions, effectiveness, facilities and other ICT tools in Akoko North East Local Government Area of Ondo State. The researchers considered ten (10) secondary schools’ teachers and one hundred (100) students both male and female. Equal number of respondents – teachers and students alike were randomly selected from the ten (10) schools.
