HUMAN MIGRANTS' CHALLENGES AND INITIATIVES REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE MIGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM IN NIGERIA: A VOCATIONAL APPROACH

Abstract

The study investigated the migrants’ challenges and initiatives required for effective migration and development system in Nigeria. Five research questions guided the study while five null hypotheses formulated were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Descriptive research design was adopted for the study. The population for the study was 119 subjects comprised government officials, religious and community leaders.
